In our research laboratory we focus on learning chemistry techniques in Organic and Bio-Organic Chemistry.
There are two main sub-groups in the lab:

Prebiotic polypeptide chemistry, a collaboration with NSF-NASA Center for Chemical Evolution

Development of antibiotic-absorbent nanomaterials to fight the prevalence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
